3. Pricing and One-Time Payment Structure
Transparent Pricing: All fees for services rendered are clearly displayed or communicated prior to checkout and confirmation.
One-Time Transactions Only: All purchases and financial transactions processed through www.computercarego.com are strictly one-time charges. We do not operate subscription models, recurring billing arrangements, or automatic periodic renewals. Your payment card will be debited precisely once per confirmed service booking.
4. Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling
Appointments: Clients are responsible for ensuring accurate scheduling details and providing appropriate access for on-site service delivery.
Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule an appointment must be submitted through our official communication channels within a reasonable timeframe prior to the scheduled service window.
Cancellations: Cancellation terms are designed to ensure operational efficiency. Clients may cancel bookings in accordance with our stated scheduling guidelines communicated at the time of order confirmation.
5. Limitation of Liability
computercarego executes all operations with professional diligence. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Bulgarian and European law, our liability for any direct operational claims shall be strictly limited to the total value of the specific service transaction paid by the customer. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from pre-existing hardware failures, unsupported software environments, or external factors beyond our reasonable operational control.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any contractual disputes arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and applicable European Union regulations. Any formal legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bulgaria.
