Cancellation Prior to Service Dispatch: If a client requests a booking cancellation at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled on-site service window, a full refund of the transaction amount will be issued.
Cancellation Within 24 Hours of Appointment: Cancellation requests submitted less than 24 hours before the scheduled service window may be subject to a standard administrative deduction to account for resource allocation.
