For European users reporting inaccurate battery readings – e.g., sudden shutdown at 20% charge – we perform a full charge/discharge calibration cycle using a dedicated resistive load (not software-based draining) to reset the gas gauge. Then we fully charge and maintain a trickle charge for two hours to synchronise the chip’s records. Based on your usage patterns, we also set charging thresholds (e.g., only charge to 80%) via official or generic tools to prolong cycle life.

We do not physically repair swollen batteries; only replacement advice is given. After deposit, the final fee is based on the number of calibration cycles and designed capacity. European climate affects lithium-ion performance; we advise on optimal storage temperature ranges.
