For common European issues such as coffee spills causing sticky keys or hinge pressure creating dead pixels/backlight bleeding, we offer on-site replacement of screen panels (including OLED and IPS compatible options) and full keyboard assemblies (with or without backlight). Our engineer carries anti-static work mats and a wide range of screwdriver bits, ensuring that flex cables remain undamaged during the swap. Post-replacement, we run a simple colour uniformity test and verify every key actuation.

A deposit is required in advance to reserve the components. Before coming, our engineer confirms your preferred colour temperature (warm/cool) and keyboard layout (QWERTY/AZERTY/QWERTZ according to your default region). The final balance is based on the actual procurement cost of the replacement parts and the disassembly difficulty. We also provide eco-friendly recycling advice for old parts, in line with European WEEE awareness.
