Hinge Replacement & Broken Standoff Repair

Addresses common issues like difficult screen opening/closing, screen wobble, or broken plastic standoffs on the C-cover. We on-site use metal-reinforced adhesives (not instant glue) to structurally rebuild fractured plastic posts, or directly replace the entire hinge assembly (subject to prior spare-part confirmation). This involves complete disassembly of the motherboard and screen unit to expose the mounting brackets – a time-consuming process. We use only original factory or high-precision aftermarket parts sourced from European local suppliers.

A deposit is required. The engineer measures the hinge torque and assesses damage severity. Final fee depends on the degree of shell damage and the amount of repair material used. We provide opening-angle recommendations after repair to prevent secondary damage.
