CMOS Battery Discharge & Firmware Recovery

For motherboards that fail POST, show a black screen but fans spin – often due to overclocking failure or unstable voltage – we perform a CMOS jumper discharge and replace the CR2032 battery. If the BIOS chip is not physically damaged, we use a clip-on SPI programmer to re-flash the official firmware (non-modified version) downloaded from the vendor’s website. We also load default settings and manually adjust XMP/DOCP to a compatible frequency based on your actual RAM modules.

This service does not repair CPU or memory physically. A deposit covers tooling and potential flash risks; the final fee is based on motherboard model and recovery difficulty. We are experienced with major European-market brands such as ASUS, MSI, Gigabyte, and ASRock.
